CAMBA’s Flagstone Family Center provides comprehensive case management services to 158 families who are in a Tier II transitional residence program for homeless families.&nbsp; The facility consists of eight (8) four (4) story walk up apartment buildings on the east and west sides of the street.&nbsp; There will be two main entrances: one for the east side of the street and one for the west.&nbsp; Each building contains 20 apartments of varying sizes, each fully self-contained. Position: Housing Specialist Reports To: Program Director Location: 196-211 Amboy Street, Brooklyn, NY 11212 What The Housing Specialist Does:

<li>Establish and maintain professional relationships with clients’ and client confidentiality in order to engage them in case management services.</li>
<li>Develop curriculum to address shelter residents’ Housing, Independent Living Skills and Entitlement related needs including, permanent housing search process and options.</li>
<li>Develop a series of monthly Housing readiness workshops.</li>
<li>Develop and maintain a Bulletin Board that serves to provide relevant Housing related information </li>
<li>Provide individualized and group counseling on housing and entitlement related topics.</li>
<li>Select appropriate instructional procedures or methods such as individual training, group instruction, self-study, lectures, demonstrations, simulation exercises, role play, and computer-based training.</li>
<li>Conduct marketing and outreach presentations regarding the program to recruit clients and resources.</li>
<li>In collaboration with the case manager(s), work with clients to break through barriers to client goals and to assist clients in advocating for themselves and in moving toward self-sufficiency.</li>
<li>Monitor clients' progress toward their goals (i.e., dates achieved) via regularly scheduled telephone contact and/or face-to-face home and office visits, and document via progress notes.</li>

 We are looking for a passionate UX/UI Designer who will be responsible for creating intuitive, visually appealing, and user-centered designs for our website and other digital touchpoints. You will work closely with product partners, developers, and the marketing team to ensure the best possible user experience and to strengthen our brand identity online. Your role will play a key part in shaping the digital journey of our customers, from browsing collections to making purchases, all while aligning with our fashion-forward values. The Role:&nbsp; 
Be the product owner across our digital experiences, reporting to the Creative Director + VP of Marketing. Own the overarching product roadmap and the long term vision.
User Experience Design: Manage the full product lifecycle among internal and outsourced teams. Conduct user research, including surveys, user interviews, and usability testing, to gather insights and understand user needs and pain points.
Wireframing &amp; Prototyping: Create wireframes, user flows, and interactive prototypes to communicate design concepts and functionality.
UI Design: Design visually appealing user interfaces that are consistent with the brand identity, ensuring a seamless experience across web and mobile platforms.
Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams (Product, Marketing, Development) to deliver designs that are technically feasible and meet business goals.
Management: Oversee all touchpoints with our web agency partner.
Branding &amp; Consistency: Maintain and evolve the brand’s visual language, ensuring consistency across digital products and communication channels.
Testing &amp; Iteration: Conduct A/B testing and use analytics to inform design decisions and continuously improve user experience.
Responsive Design: Ensure designs are optimized for a variety of devices (desktop, tablet, mobile) and screen sizes.
Stay Updated: Keep up with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to bring fresh and innovative ideas to the table.
Balance priorities: Large-scale build projects, new feature design, UX design, hot-fixes, bug backlog, 3rd party integrations, data share, A/B testing, payment &amp; checkout ops etc
Project management: Oversee processes to prioritize projects and execute within deadlines
 You:&nbsp; 
4+ years proven experience as a UX/UI Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing your design skills (preferably in fashion or retail businesses that have significantly scaled).
Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch.
Experience in building relationships with developers/partners with seamless design handoff and strong wireframe systems.
Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.
Experience with responsive web design and mobile-first principles.
Excellent visual design skills with a keen eye for detail and typography.
Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus, but not required.
Strong communication skills and the ability to articulate design concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
Experience working with various ecommerce platforms, including Shopify
Experience building &amp; launching large scale digital projects, and cohesive omnichannel customer journeys between digital + in-store

Westhab is seeking dedicated and motivated individuals to join our Security Department. The Shift Supervisor is responsible for a variety of specialized assignment in a homeless family shelter with children; does related work as required.&nbsp; Shift Supervisor reports to the Security Manager. Must provide proof of COVID-19 vaccinations.
DUTIES &amp; RESPONSIBILITIES:

<li>Train new security employees in all aspects of the facility.</li>
<li>Maintain level of expectation of requirements for security office and traffic intervention.</li>
<li>Assist Facility Manager, preparing and executing fire drills (as well as fires) or in other cases.</li>
<li>Make rounds randomly through the facility (interior and exterior) for surveillance of hazardous situations, trespassers, illegal activities, etc.</li>
<li>Respond by phone or in person to request for assistance form Shift Supervisors at other locations.</li>
<li>Complete assigned paperwork responsibilities (i.e. Log, incident reports, CPS reports and all other reports)</li>

<li>Enforce drug free workplace and smoking policies (not allowed on site).</li>
<li>Attend and conduct various meetings and training’s as needed.</li>
<li>Back-up Security Manager as directed.</li>
<li>Check inventory of equipment daily.</li>
<li>Provided leadership in emergency situations within the security department.</li>
<li>Fulfills all job responsibilities of a Client Care Monitor.</li>
<li>Perform all related duties as assigned.</li>

EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS:
Associates Degree in social services, criminology or related field; or equivalent experience required.&nbsp; Must possess a general knowledge of security systems. Ability to solve problems; ability to make decisions based on factual information a must.&nbsp; Shift Supervisor must own their own vehicle and have knowledge of public transportation system.&nbsp; A home phone number is mandatory.&nbsp; Must be flexible on days and hours of availability.
