Tasks and Responsibilities:

Who You Are:

1.0 Main Function
Create constancy of purpose toward improvement of product and service to meet and exceed the customer’s needs.
Responsible for checking orders running through-out the plant against President Containers Groups product specifications, quality standards and systems.
2.0 Duties and Responsibilities

<li>Perform a closed loop checking procedure from corrugators through converting machines on orders produced. (Start at corrugator and follow order through the plant).</li>
<li>Check quality standards on jobs as they are running through the plant.</li>
<li>Check product being produced at machine centers against factory tickets, print cards and Mylar’s.</li>
<li>Check sheets from corrugator for caliper, dimensions, scores and correct board grade (white/kraft).</li>
<li>On converting machines perform the following quality checks.</li>

<li>Inspection Duties: Conduct visual and dimensional inspections of precision machined parts, castings, forgings, and electro-mechanical assemblies using a variety of precision measuring instruments.</li>
<li>Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date acceptance and rejection records, certifications, and inspection logs as required by applicable specifications.</li>
<li>Compliance: Ensure all products meet customer requirements, industry standards, and internal quality metrics. Participate in customer audits and comply with Quality Management System requirements such as ISO 9001, AS9100, and Nadcap.</li>
<li>Non-Conformance Management: Identify defective conditions and test failures, prepare appropriate documentation, and assist in the disposition of non-conforming materials.</li>
<li>Training and Development: Train and certify operators and other inspectors, providing guidance on quality standards and inspection procedures.</li>
<li>Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, production, and quality teams to address quality-related issues and implement corrective actions.</li>

Qualifications:
<ul>
<li>Education: High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required. Certifications such as AS13001, AS9102, or DQR are preferred.</li>
<li>Experience: Minimum of 2 years of related inspection experience in aerospace or precision manufacturing environments. Experience with customer portals, GD&amp;T, and metrology is advantageous.</li>

We are inviting 20 participants (10 in the United States and 10 in Germany) to take part in a short image-capture test for a leading global home design app.
What You'll Do

Capture one room – Dining Room, Living Room, Bedroom, or Home Office
</li>
<li>
Record your screen while describing your app capture experience in English
</li>
<li>
Upload automatically through the app
</li>

Complete a short post-capture survey (3–5 minutes) 
</li>

Deliverables
Time Required: Approximately 20–25 minutes (total) (Includes installation, one 3–5 minute capture, image upload &amp; processing, and feedback survey) Duration: 3 days Target Start: Immediately Location: United States or Germany Note: Room captures must be taken from homes located within the United States or Germany.
