Role and Responsibilities:

<li>Work closely with design to ensure TOP sample matches approved PP sample. Inspect weight, color, print and material execution etc. with the support of design. Ensure that all products are produced to the same size and standard as approved PP.</li>

<li>Record tracking information of any TOPs shared with customers and ensure the TOP is received by the customer. Follow up as needed for customer comments and share comments with vendors.</li>
<li>Utilize a product milestone report. Monitor packaging and samples that are due to be received. Follow up with vendors to ensure packaging and samples are being sent on time. Record when packaging and samples are received, and when comments have been made.</li>
<li>Help ensure on time deliveries. Share details with production when delivery is in jeopardy.</li>
<li>Organize all paperwork, labels and samples for future reference in an efficient manner.</li>
<li>Monitor all emails internally and externally to ensure efficient communication.</li>

Your Role: The CNC Operator III is a key member of the Elliott Manufacturing Machine Shop department. Under little to no supervision, the CNC Operator III will be responsible for programming, operating and implementing machine processes while maintaining company safety and quality expectations. · Independently set up, operate and program various CNC Machines (methods, tooling, and fixtures to assure proper methodology) with minimal training and have proficiency in multiple competencies within the Machine Shop.
· Detect and troubleshoot system malfunctions through taking measurements, adjusting controls, reprogramming machines, and closely monitoring grooving, drilling and cutting.
· Accomplish company objectives by accepting responsibilities for completing innovative and new requests while also exploring value-adding opportunities.

· Advise the maintenance department or supervisor of any machine issues, crashes, or needed repairs.

The Mechanical Design Engineer will have the following attributes:
