Pay Rate: Up to $61,460.10 / Annually

Purpose of the Position
The role of the LMSW/LMHC Client Care Coordinator within the social service team is to introduce and provide clinical services to individuals and families living in Win Transitional Housing sites. The Client Care Coordinator is responsible for engaging individuals and/or families in long term services within the community. The LMSW/LMHC is supervised by the LCSW/LMHC Clinical Supervisor. 
Responsibilities:
<ul>
<li>Assess the needs of the individual and/or family by completing a psychosocial assessment. </li>
<li>Engage the families and/or individuals in short term counseling, groups, and workshops. </li>
<li>Refer clients to other service providers within the community for long term services. </li>
<li>Participate in Win meetings to address the needs of adults and children receiving clinical services. </li>
<li>Collaborate with Win colleagues and outside agencies to ensure consistency in the delivery of services. </li>
<li>Provide crisis intervention to clients. </li>
<li>Identify families and/or individuals who need a higher level of service including victims of domestic violence, families with active ACS cases, individuals exhibiting signs of mental illness or substance abuse, and non-compliant or hostile, aggressive clients. </li>
<li>Participate in classroom activities to observe the children and assist teachers and recreation staff in developing individual service plans for children as needed. </li>
<li>Engage parents in the development of service plans and refer children for outside services. </li>
<li>Conduct play groups for children to address issues of trauma as needed. </li>
<li>Collaborate with DOE, medical and mental health providers, early Intervention programs, ACS, etc., to ensure that the needs of Win children are addressed. </li>
<li>Facilitate workshops and groups as needed. </li>
<li>Perform other related duties. </li>
</ul>
Essential Functions:
<ul>
<li>Must be able to escort clients to appointments as needed on public transportation. </li>
<li>Must be able to work evenings, at least one Saturday a month and some holidays. </li>
<li>Must be able to ascend/descend stairs within the building assigned. </li>

Job Summary: The Staging Coordinator is responsible for organizing and coordinating the preparation of orders for delivery, ensuring that all required paperwork and documentation is in order, and verifying the accuracy of all orders before they are loaded onto delivery vehicles. The Staging Coordinator works closely with the distribution team to ensure that all orders are staged and loaded efficiently and on time, while maintaining high levels of accuracy and attention to detail.

Duties/Responsibilities:

<li>Organize and coordinate the preparation of orders for delivery.</li>
<li>Compile required driver paperwork, including driver load sheets, invoices, and METRC manifests.</li>
<li>Routinely verify orders against invoices and METRC manifests.</li>
<li>Load delivery vans with orders, ensuring all items are properly secured.</li>
<li>Maintain accurate records of all orders staged and loaded for delivery.</li>
<li>Work closely with delivery drivers to ensure all orders are loaded on time and in the correct sequence.</li>
<li>Review the Daily Delivery Log and verify that all orders are staged and ready on time.</li>
<li>Accurately separate orders by service zone and delivery day using wheeled and fixed racks to manage next-day and longer-term deliveries.</li>
<li>Track and verify order rejections/returns and coordinate with the necessary departments to process them.</li>
<li>Communicate with other departments and stakeholders to ensure timely processing and delivery of orders.</li>

Position Overview:
The FFT Program is expanding.&nbsp; Level II Case Planner available for a career minded individual who is looking for a Full-time position with outstanding Benefits. Participate in training for and provide specialized therapy using the family systems based FFT-CW model for 10-12 families as assigned to reduce risk while increasing protective factors for the families in order to prevent the out of home placement of children.

<li>Provide comprehensive intake and assessments of assigned clients.</li>
<li>Engaging and maintaining regular contact with assigned clients, meeting regulatory requirements by conducting meetings of significant duration weekly (minimum one contact per month with children present), conducting therapy sessions of significant duration/frequency in accordance with the FFT-CW model.</li>
<li>Assist family members in devising and implementing FFT-CW service plans and strategies of intervention for the family considering all aspects of the family’s life and targeting behavioral change for youth via FFT-CW methodology.</li>

<li>Maintain comprehensive assessments of families, devising and implementing individualized service plans in collaboration with the Department of Social Services (DSS) and all family service providers, utilizing strategies of intervention with consideration to family strengths and all aspects of the family’s life and cultural background.</li>
<li>Providing casework/counseling, crisis intervention, brokerage and networking advocacy, coordinating services with other service providers, agencies and programs and making referrals for auxiliary services as needed under direction of their supervisor and the DSS Case Manager.</li>
<li>Timely completion of required documentation, assessments, case narratives, case plans and statistical information, reports and outcome data.</li>
<li>Maintain liaison activities with collaborative partners.</li>
<li>Provide case recommendations to the Onondaga County Department of Child and Family Services regarding family engagement, clinical needs or other developmental needs for the youth in the family; and to other service providers regarding client utilization of and need for services, mental health/substance abuse issues, youth, family or community safety, and/or issues pertinent to after care planning.</li>
<li>Demonstrate cultural competence, as well as integrate understanding into daily responsibilities and participate in meeting the objectives of The Salvation Army, Syracuse Area Services Strategic Plan.</li>

Overview We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Administrative &amp; Accounting Assistant to support our Financial Controller and the company President. This role is crucial in maintaining daily operations, ensuring timely and accurate financial processes, and supporting the executive team in staying organized.
Responsibilities
<ul>
<li>Organize and maintain digital and physical filing systems</li>
<li>Prepare and send invoices on time</li>
<li>Manage and update spreadsheets in Google Sheets</li>
<li>Run payroll using ADP Workforce Now (training will be provided)</li>
<li>Support the President with ad-hoc administrative and project tasks</li>
<li>Maintain confidentiality and accuracy in all documentation and communications</li>
</ul>
Skills
<ul>
<li>Experience in administrative or accounting roles</li>
<li>Proficient in Google Sheets and Microsoft Office</li>
<li>Experience with ADP payroll system (preferred, but not required; training will be given)</li>
<li>Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail</li>

Notary Supplies - Stamps, Seals, Journals and other products Notary Public's require.
Corporate Seals, Stock Certificates, Self inking stamps as well as other unique corporate supplies.
Corporate Kits - New Corporations store their important documents in these binders.
Qualifications: The successful candidate must at a minimum demonstrate evidence of the following skills. • Multi-tasking: Strong organizational skills - A Must! • Ability to absorb and work successfully with details. • Computer proficiency. Common computer programs, Adobe Acrobat, Internet, Email. • Positive attitude exercised daily with staff and customers. • Excellent communication skills. • High energy. • Professional phone etiquette. • Acute attention to detail.
