We're looking for experienced and credentialed inpatient coders to become an integral part of our team. The ideal candidate for this role possesses high attention to detail and a depth of knowledge in medical terminology. What You Will Do:

<li>Assign diagnostic and procedural codes using ICD-10-CM and ICD-10-PCS codes</li>
<li>Accurately sequence and abstract medical codes from patient records, ensuring precision and adherence to documentation</li>
<li>Oversee and audit the work of Level 1 &amp; 2 Coders, where applicable</li>
<li>Champion documentation improvement opportunities and coding issues, facilitating resolution with relevant stakeholders</li>
<li>Uphold an overall 95% coding accuracy rate and a 95% accuracy rate for MS-DRG assignments</li>
<li>Maintain site-specific productivity benchmarks</li>
<li>Foster professional communication with colleagues, management, and hospital staff, while addressing clinical and reimbursement issues</li>

What You Need to Succeed:

<li>A minimum of 3 years of inpatient coding facility experience</li>
<li>CCS, RHIT, or RHIA preferred</li>
<li>Strong verbal and written communication skills</li>

Appliance Service Technician :
As an Appliance Service Technician, you must be highly organized and possess excellent communication skills. A successful individual is someone who enjoys working independently and has a very strong mechanical aptitude. Daily responsibilities include: Service washers and dryers at apartments, laundromats, hotels, athletic facilities, etc.
Requirements of the Service Technician role include:

<li>1 year of Proven field service experience (Appliance, Laundry)</li>
<li>Must have a valid driver’s license.</li>
<li>Must be a self-starter and be able to work independently with minimal supervision</li>
<li>Ability to troubleshoot, test, repair and service technical equipment</li>
<li>Electrical troubleshooting skills</li>
<li>Run equipment through "cycles" to ensure the complete system is functioning properly</li>
<li>Following unit installation, inspects equipment to ensure proper function.</li>
<li>Maintains a neat and orderly truck, along with accurate part and tool inventory.</li>
<li>Ability to follow directions and specific process steps to ensure quality workmanship</li>

Duties:
- Provide field service for appliance repair and maintenance - Diagnose and troubleshoot issues with various types of equipment - Assemble and disassemble appliances as needed for repair or replacement of parts - Perform repairs and replacements of faulty components or systems - Conduct routine maintenance to ensure optimal performance of appliances - Interact with customers in a professional and courteous manner, providing excellent customer service - Operate a company vehicle for transportation of equipment and tools - Assist with delivery and installation of appliances as required
Skills:
- Strong technical skills in appliance repair and maintenance - Knowledge of, electrical, appliances. - Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot issues effectively - Proficient in assembling and disassembling appliances - Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers - Valid driver's license
