· Performing FA/ICG injections and monitor signs/symptoms of adverse reactions
· Triage nursing calls through the on call system and messages from staff
· Completing Disability forms/DMV forms/all excuse letters-school/work/gym.
· Complete referral forms for patients (Forsee/Helen Keller/Lighthouse).
· Monitor Emergency Kit, Spill kit &amp; Endophthalmitis kit inventories and expiration dates
· Monitor refrigerator temperatures; document them in the log book
· Coordinating appointments and necessary paperwork for in office treatments
· E-prescribing all medications
· Make sure all rooms are shut down and closed at the end of the day – equipment cleaned, turned off and covered
· Counsel pre-op patients regarding procedure and medications
· Write out the pre-op drop instructions
· Review medical history and medications with the patients
On the job training will be provided
REQUIRED:
· Varied Shifts 4x10 Monday- Saturday - Saturday will be a required day.
