Job Description
Food Runner responsibilities include setting tables, serving food orders, and removing used dishes and utensils. If you’d like to gain experience in the restaurant industry and learn how to provide an excellent dining experience, we’d like to meet you. To be considered for this role, you should be available to work various shifts, including weekends.
Ultimately, you will ensure our guests have a high-quality dining experience by serving their food in a timely and accurate manner.
 
Responsibilities:

Follow all instructions from expeditor
</li>
<li>
Assist with proper table coursing by communicating with servers when tables are cleared and re-mised and/or going slow, etc.

<li>
Knowledge of all table and position numbers, as well as descriptions, major components, and proper utensils for each dish
</li>

Inform Guests of basic information about offerings at the restaurant or bar-lab venues on property or locally
</li>
<li>
Protect establishment and patrons by adhering to all bar-lab policies and procedures, sanitation standards, safety and alcohol control policies
</li>
<li>
Stay updated on current menu choices, menu additions, available menu modifications, and any unavailable items
</li>
<li>
Ensure each order is delivered according to the restaurant’s and Guest’s specifications
</li>

Communicate modifications and/or allergens as necessary

Communicate clearly any additional orders or needs the Guests may have to server or manager

Remove guests’ dirty dishes and utensils

Deliver used dishes and glasses to the kitchen for cleaning
