The Learning to Work (LTW) for Transfer Schools Program will provide services to 150-200 students, ages 15-21 who are over-aged for grade, under-credited, and have spent at least one year in another high school to earn a high school diploma and gain valuable vocational and life skills supports.&nbsp; Using the Primary Person Model, each student will have a Career Advocate who will: guide students towards removing barriers toward graduation, engage students in college preparatory activities, provide supportive services, and increase self-direction and self-sufficiency through meaningful career exploration experiences, including subsidized internship placements for 75 students.

What The Advocate Counselor Does:
<ul>
<li>Maintain professional relationships with students and student confidentiality.</li>
<li>Conduct initial intake and assessment of students and/or students' families' situations and needs (including academic and skill levels, basic skills, occupational skills, prior work experience, employability, interests, aptitudes, support service’s needs, family and medical history, and individual development needs).</li>
<li>Create and maintain student files.</li>
<li>Assist students in attaining their goals by identifying and locating community resources for students and by making referrals to appropriate services both within and outside CAMBA.</li>
<li>Track student attendance daily.</li>
<li>Reach out to absent students (ie. phone calls, letters, home visits, etc.) daily.</li>
<li>Follow-up with students and with referral organizations regarding student contact and progress with referral organization.</li>
<li>Counsel students regularly either through meetings in CAMBA offices, by telephone and/or home visits.</li>
<li>Work with students to break through barriers to student goals and to assist students in advocating for themselves.</li>
<li>Recommend and implement strategies to persuade students to participate more fully in this process.</li>
<li>Follow-up at least two times with graduates for one year after graduation.</li>
<li>Reach out and market the program to the community in order to recruit students.</li>
<li>Enter all required data into CAMBA’s online internal database system Enginuity.</li>
<li>Create narrative case notes regarding student progress at each point of contact using Enginuity.</li>
<li>Keep an Excel monthly report spreadsheet of all services given.</li>
<li>Provide all required information for weekly/monthly/quarterly/annual reports.</li>
<li>May act as student liaison/student advocate with outside organizations regarding such matters as education, healthcare, housing, legal issues, etc.</li>
<li>May facilitate workshops (i.e - Life Skills, College Explorations, Work Exploration).</li>
<li>May prepare marketing materials for the program.</li>
<li>May prescreen students over the telephone/face-to-face for eligibility.</li>
<li>May assist families in obtaining health services coverage when eligible.</li>
<li>May assist students in completing applications for benefits and entitlements.</li>
<li>May assist students in completing all CAMBA intake applications and forms.</li>
<li>May review all documentation establishing student’s eligibility for program and make file copies.</li>
</ul>
Minimum Education/Experience Required:
<ul>
<li>Bachelor's degree (e. g., B.A., B.S.W.) in social work or a related field and applicable experience.</li>
</ul>
Other Requirements:
<ul>
<li>Must obtain and maintain Dept. of Education fingerprint clearance throughout the duration of employment.</li>
<li>Ability to adapt to the culture and environment of a public school.</li>

Compensation: $46,350 annually

Role and Team
This role supports the ADESA businesses and customers by inspecting vehicles for condition, wear, tear, neglect, missing parts, mechanical issues, previous repairs, and damage/structural damage. Complete required vehicle inspection promptly and accurately including imaging and uploading results of the vehicle condition. CASES seeks a Bilingual Emotional Wellness Specialist who is committed to advancing our alternative-to-incarceration programming, ROAR (Reframing Opportunity, Alternatives and Resilience), for young people ages 16-27 in Harlem. The Bilingual Emotional Wellness Specialist has a key role developing and maintaining relationships with the ATI participants and community stakeholders providing mental health services. The therapist will join a multidisciplinary team and will provide comprehensive clinical and referral services to participants. All team members will work within our ATI model that helps young people who are at risk of incarceration build the capacity and courage to change their lives. 
 
The ROAR program helps young people develop critical skills to reach education and employment milestones and transform their relationships and connections to community. The Bilingual Emotional Wellness Specialist will promote participant success and equity through culturally competent service delivery that meets the unique needs and experiences of young people involved in the criminal justice system. The Bilingual Emotional Wellness Specialist will have content expertise in youth development, trauma-informed care, gender-specific services, resiliency, and strengths-based dynamic assessment and service planning. Team members will support the fundamental beliefs that meaningful change is possible, participant voice is critical for effective services, and creating a safe space for young people promotes skill development. We believe that in-person operations are the best way to serve our clients, both directly and through essential operational support. This job requires work in our offices and/or the community.

Austin 147 is a building which was developed and is operated by Dunn Development Corp., a private developer.&nbsp; Austin 147 is a newly constructed residential building located on East 147th street and the corner of Austin Place in the Mott Haven section of The Bronx.&nbsp; The project consists of an eleven-story elevator building containing 80 residential units, with 79 units of rental housing and one superintendent’s unit. CAMBA, Inc. is the on-site services provider at Austin 147. Forty apartments, 50% of the units in the building, will be master leased by CAMBA and will house Population A chronically homeless single adults who are diagnosed with SPMI (seriously and persistently mentally ill) or MICA (mentally III and chemically addicted), couples that qualify and chronically homeless families. The unit breakdown is as follows: 30-studio units for SPMI Singles, 3 one bedroom units for 2 qualifiers and 7 two bedroom units for chronically homeless families. The remaining 40 units are occupied by community residents, who may require some services

What The FT Security Guard Does:

<li>Monitor and ensure the security and fire safety of the entire facility.</li>
<li>Employ crisis prevention/intervention and crisis management skills when conflict occurs.</li>

Job Description
The Capital District YMCA is searching for a Comptroller to provide direction and leadership for the CDYMCA finance and business operations. This position reports directly to the SVP/CFO and helps supervise the CDYMCA’s accounting practices, the maintenance of its fiscal records, and the preparation of its financial reports. Ensures a system of strong internal controls maintains fiscal soundness, and oversees Billing Staff.
Qualifications:
<ul>
<li>Bachelor’s degree in business, finance or equivalent; MBA, CPA or CMA preferred</li>
<li>Previous experience with nonprofit organizations, preferred</li>
<li>Five to seven or more years of substantive experience in accounting and financial management</li>
<li>Knowledge and understanding of general business matters required including but not limited to,
<ul>
<li>budget development</li>
<li>financial reporting</li>
<li>cash management</li>
<li>depreciation schedules</li>
<li>sales tax reporting</li>
</ul>
</li>
<li>Must be a team player with good organization and communication skills</li>
<li>Must possess excellent people skills to lead a team and regularly interact with Senior Management and Operations staff</li>

Essential Functions:
<ul>
<li>Manages all functions of accounting and billing service operations, ensuring that legal and audit requirements are met and best practices with maximum efficiency are obtained.</li>
<li>Hires, trains, and oversees assigned staff, providing direct supervision, arranges backup for staff as needed.</li>
<li>Oversees and provides leadership to the annual budget process, including issuing guidelines and procedures, training staff, auditing budgets, overseeing required data input, and preparing reports.</li>
<li>With the SVP/CFO assist in the implementation of appropriate systems and internal controls to adequately safeguard the YMCAs financial resources and to provide a solid basis for accurately reporting financial data.</li>
<li>Oversees the month-end and year-end closings and the preparation of statements and reports, including cash flow projection process and reporting. Manages the bank treasury functions and oversees cash management.</li>
<li>Collects, maintains data, and provides reports for government contracts and grants. Ensures compliance with all requirements of local, state, and federal grants including but not limited to Single audit requirements.</li>
<li>Performs other duties as assigned</li>

About the Position: 
During a visit that can last up to one hour, Matrix providers review and observe a member’s current health, medical history, medication adherence, social environment and other risks. This provides unmatched insight into a member’s overall health and well-being that can be difficult to capture during routine office visits. The Matrix Comprehensive Health Assessment helps to improve quality of care and allows us to potentially close multiple care gaps with a single visit.

Responsibilities
What to Expect:
<ul>
<li>Conduct Adult/Geriatric assessments to include medical history, diagnosis and treatment, health education, physician referrals, case management referrals, follow-up and clear documentation according to Matrix guidelines and protocols</li>
<li>Work collaboratively with physicians, case managers, social workers, family members, key caregivers, and ancillary medical personnel as appropriate</li>
<li>Collaborate with Primary Care Physician (PCP) on patient education, provide follow-up</li>
<li>Provide services in a variety of venues to include: Home Visits, Skilled Facility Visits</li>
</ul>
Nurse Practitioner - PRN - Home Risk Assessments
Type: PRN - Flexible-Nurse Practitioner 
PAY: Earn from $2,300 up to $11,500 per month (Based on an average of 20-100 completed visits per month, and pay of $115.00 per completed assessment). Compensation range is based on availability and assessment completion.
Location: Home, SNF and other community environments in Hornell, New York
Hours: Days, Evening, Nights, weekend, Flexible Scheduling
Benefits: PRN providers are non-benefited except for 401(k) and limited Voluntary Benefits

Qualifications
What is Required:
<ul>
<li>Master’s Degree OR commensurate experience and satisfactory completion of NP licensure</li>
<li>Current RN and NP licensure in state of practice to include prescription authority or the ability to obtain prescriptive authority</li>
<li>Board certified by the AANP, ANCC or the AACCN in a Matrix approved specialty</li>
<li>Current BLS, ACLS or CPR certification</li>
<li>Minimum of 1 year experience as a Nurse Practitioner</li>
<li>Strong computer skills and familiarity with employee health/medical record software</li>
<li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills with patient, clients, and colleagues</li>
<li>Comfort and flexibility with frequent change</li>
</ul>
Travel Requirements:

<li>Travel required to meet patients where they live</li>
<li>Ability to travel - Valid state driver license, able to drive a car, proof of adequate automobile insurance coverage for the state of residence</li>
