What you’ll do:
· Drives delivery Vehicle to customer site to load or unload material.
· Assists customers with unloading material safely and accurately, taking precautions to protect product and customer property

Job Summary:Bilingual Spanish/English Provider Relations Specialistis to oversee service providers, monitor productivity/clinical fulfillment, performance, and serve as a liaison for providers and other internal departments.
Please note that this is not a remote position
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
<ul>
<li>Establish and maintain a supportive relationship with providers.</li>
<li>Coordinate with internal teams and providers to ensure timely, compliant documentation and service delivery per EI rules and regulations.</li>
<li>Communicate updates on EI regulations, service changes, and QA policies to providers.</li>
<li>Monitor and manage therapist productivity and caseloads.</li>
<li>Oversee provider performance, including conducting annual reviews.</li>
<li>Review reimbursements, bonus/overtime pay, and provider invoices.</li>
<li>Address provider and staff concerns across departments (e.g., Case Management, Billing, HR, etc.).</li>
<li>Maintain regular communication with providers and office staff via email and phone.</li>
<li>Perform new hire orientations for providers and conduct re-training as needed.</li>
<li>Work with Compliance/Credentialing to ensure provider compliance</li>
<li>Perform other duties as assigned by manager.</li>

Qualifications and other requirements:
<ul>
<li>Bilingual Spanish/English a must</li>
<li>Bachelor's Degree in relatedfield preferred</li>
<li>Excellent interpersonal skills; the ability to interact with a broad spectrum of people</li>
<li>Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment</li>
<li>Self-motivated with excellent work ethic.</li>
<li>Take the initiative and be a decision maker</li>
<li>Strong analytical skills</li>
<li>Strong typing skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite</li>
</ul>
Physical Requirements of the Role:
<ul>
<li>Must be able to remain in a stationary position for prolonged periods of time up to 90% of the work day working on a computer/electronic device.</li>
<li>The ability to observe details at close range (within a few feet of the observer).</li>
<li>The ability to communicate information and ideas so others will understand. Must be able to exchange accurate information in these situations.</li>

Compensation:Full-time hourly non-exempt $23-$24per hour
Hours: In office, Monday-Friday 9:00am-5:30pm
