Structural Coordinator The Structural Coordinator plays a key role in supporting Trinity Solar's engineering operations by ensuring the timely request, receipt, and upload of all engineering letters and affidavits. This individual serves as a critical liaison between our internal teams, engineering partners, and platform vendors to keep our projects moving efficiently and compliantly. Roles &amp; Responsibilities: 
<ul>
<li> Proactively request formal engineering letters and affidavits from our partner engineering groups in a timely and organized manner. </li>
<li> Track and follow up on outstanding documents to ensure minimal delays in project timelines. </li>
<li> Accurately upload all engineering documents to partner engineering platforms in accordance with internal procedures and deadlines. </li>
<li> Maintain clear, professional, and timely communication with engineering partners, vendors, and Trinity Solar staff. </li>
<li> Build and maintain positive working relationships with internal teams, external stakeholders, and customers. </li>
<li> Assist in identifying and resolving any documentation issues that may arise during the coordination process. </li>
<li> Continuously look for ways to improve processes and contribute to operational efficiency. </li>
</ul>
 Qualifications &amp; Experience: 
<ul>
<li> Minimum of 2 years of experience in a construction, engineering, or operations support environment. </li>
<li> Strong written and verbal communication skills, including professional phone, email, and text etiquette. </li>
<li> Highly organized with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple timelines, and meet tight deadlines. </li>
<li> Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word); experience with Salesforce.com is a strong plus. </li>
<li> Demonstrated ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team. </li>
<li> Attention to detail and a proactive, problem-solving mindset. </li>

<h3>Job Description</h3>
An Applications/Permitting Specialist at Trinity Solar plays a critical role in facilitating the preparation and submission of permit, utility, and state application packages. This position is also responsible for tracking the progress of all applications, maintaining accurate records, and fostering productive relationships with municipalities and relevant organizations. The ideal candidate is personable, detail-oriented, highly organized, dependable, and thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities:

<li>Prepare and submit permit, utility, and state application packages</li>
<li>Assist in gathering and organizing documentation required for application submissions</li>
<li>Monitor the status of applications and maintain accurate updates within internal databases</li>
<li>Review, distribute, and manage various documents and correspondence</li>
<li>Perform general administrative duties including answering calls, copying, scanning, faxing, emailing, shipping, and filing</li>
<li>Establish and maintain positive working relationships with municipalities and relevant external agencies</li>
<li>May involve travel for permit submission and collection as needed</li>
</ul>
 Qualifications &amp; Experience: 
<ul>
<li>Prior experience in permitting is highly desirable</li>
<li>Strong interpersonal and communication skills</li>
<li>Exceptional organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities</li>
<li>High level of accuracy and attention to detail</li>
<li>Experience in the solar industry is a plus</li>
<li>Minimum of 1 year of office/administrative experience</li>
<li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe PDF</li>
<li>Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred</li>
<li>Notary Public certification is a plus, but not required</li>
