The multidisciplinary Social Science Department at LaGuardia Community College, CUNY is seeking a psychologist with teaching experience for a tenure-track position at the level of Assistant Professor. Learning &amp; Development Associate
100% Remote | Long Island CPA firm | Up to 5% Travel
 
The Learning &amp; Development Associate will oversee continuing professional education (CPE) tracking, reporting, and compliance across multiple jurisdictions. This position requires prior experience with LCVista, as well as a strong understanding of CPA licensure and continuing education requirements.
 
Key Responsibilities
<ul>
<li>Oversee CPE compliance for internal training programs across multiple state jurisdictions</li>
<li>Track and report on CPA, AICPA, NASBA, and IRS Enrolled Agent continuing education requirements</li>
<li>Administer and maintain the firm’s LMS (LCVista), including:</li>
<li>Creating and updating programs and session records</li>
<li>Assigning training and tracking attendance</li>
<li>Generating compliance and completion reports</li>
<li>Uploading and managing training recordings and materials</li>
<li>Coordinate CPA license and professional membership renewals</li>
<li>Manage the training calendar, L&amp;D inbox, and departmental documentation</li>
