<li>3+ years of experience as an HVAC installer </li>
<li>A strong understanding of wiring diagrams, blueprints, and air balancing techniques</li>
<li>The ability to troubleshoot and repair a wide range of HVAC equipment</li>
<li>Excellent communication and customer service skills - building trust with homeowners is key!</li>
<li>Leadership qualities - you'll motivate and guide your installation team</li>
