<li>Perform hands-on labor tasks, including digging, leveling, and material handling, etc.</li>
<li>Confirm that any aspect of the project installation complies with the project specifications.</li>
<li>Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company safety guidelines on job sites.</li>
<li>Identify and troubleshoot minor construction challenges in real time.</li>
<li>Transport materials, tools, and other supplies to job sites. </li>
<li>Complete work orders and record all activities, including services done, before/after pictures, and chemical readings and dosages.</li>
<li>Ensure job sites are kept clean, organized, and free from hazards.</li>
<li>Keep the truck organized and stocked</li>
<li>Follow and Promote safety procedures</li>

What you’ll need to be successful:
<ul>
<li>Prior experience in construction, plumbing, or pool installation is required.</li>
<li>Basic knowledge of plumbing, concrete work, and general construction practices is a plus.</li>
<li>Ability to use hand tools, power tools, and construction equipment safely and efficiently.</li>
<li>Strong work ethic and willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.</li>
<li>Capability to lift moderate to heavy objects, typically around 50 lbs., with occasional requirements to lift up to 75 lbs.</li>
<li>Ability to collaborate with others and to follow instructions and safety rules.</li>
<li>You must be able to work independently on assigned tasks and have the ability and confidence to ask for help and guidance when needed.</li>
<li>Positive attitude, problem-solving skills, and strong teamwork ability.</li>
<li>Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.</li>
