Overview
Tradesmen International is immediately hiring experienced Journeyman Iron Workers for projects located in Lakewood, NY. This is a first shift opportunity and the pay rate is $25-30/hour based on experience and skill level. If you are an Iron Worker eager to master your skills while working alongside our accomplished Craft Professionals, this is your chance to advance your career!
Job Scope:
- Install structural beams and reinforce iron/steel connections
- Rigging
- Read blueprints
- Assembly/millwright duties as needed
Responsibilities
- OSHA safety certification is mandatory
- Rigging experience required
- PPE required
- Journeyman level, typically 4+ years (apprenticeship + journey hours and field experience)
- Proven ironworker experience (structural, rigging, blueprint reading, occasional millwright/assembly tasks)
