What You’ll Do as a Land Development Group Manager
<ul>
<li>Proactively pursue new business with existing and prospective clients by delivering exceptional service by promoting Fisher’s capabilities and building lasting relationships.</li>
<li>Support the development and execution of business plans.</li>
<li>Oversee and coordinate multiple projects, ensuring work is prioritized and deadlines are met.</li>
<li>Oversee project budgets, scope, schedule, and staffing to ensure successful and timely project delivery.</li>
<li>Manage and prepare winning project proposals and serve as primary client contact throughout the process.</li>
<li>Proactively monitor, identify and resolve technical, schedule or financial issues.</li>
<li>Successfully lead and manage a team of project managers across multiple locations.</li>
<li>Develop and maintain a high-performing, motivated team with strong morale.</li>
<li>Mentor staff on technical development, leadership, and client relations.</li>
<li>Set clear expectations, provide constructive feedback, actively coach and support employee growth with career development.</li>
<li>Successfully navigate and implement complex public processes and municipal approvals.</li>
<li>Represent Fisher Associate’s in professional organizations, business boards, and community activities.</li>

Salary Range $150,000-$175,000

Requirements:
What You Bring, Your Expertise as a Land Development Group Manager
<ul>
<li>B.S. degree in Civil Engineering (Master’s preferred)</li>
<li>15+ years minimum in land development engineering design</li>
<li>Professional Engineering License (PE)</li>
<li>10 years minimum of project management experience</li>
<li>Strong understanding of land development engineering principles, including stormwater management, grading and drainage design, permitting, and regulatory standards</li>
<li>Prior experience successfully managing and leading a team</li>
<li>Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills</li>
<li>Proven client relationship and business development success in land development sector</li>
<li>Proficiency in MS Office; experience with Civil 3D, MicroStation and HydroCAD preferred</li>
<li>Thorough understanding of all phases of land development project design and delivery</li>
<li>Professional performance standards aligned with Fisher’s Mission, Vision, and Core Values</li>
