Purpose:

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Fertigation Supervisor will ensure all irrigation and nutrient feeding requirements are followed accordingly. Performs installation, maintenance, and repair of irrigation systems. Operates power equipment and hand tools to install, maintain, and repair irrigation systems and related components, including irrigation lines, sprinkler heads, control panels, valves, pumps, etc.

Compensation:
The annual base compensation range for this role is between $65,000 and $75,000. The successful candidate's actual base compensation will be based upon a variety of factors, including but not limited to work experience, job related knowledge, skills and professional qualifications.
You will also be eligible for up $11,000 in performance-related bonus pay.
Base and bonus compensation are just two components of Industrious' total compensation package that may be available to employees. PURPOSE: To provide quality service and products to our customers in a timely and professional manner. 
JOB SUMMARY: Picks up dry linen and feeds an item into various dry fold machines. Follows standard operating procedures for each machine. Inspects each piece of linen for stains, tears, holes, and wears. Must meet quality and production standards.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

<li>Be able to work well with a diverse workforce</li>
<li>Be able to follow directions given by their team lead and supervisor</li>

<li>Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area in line with company policies</li>
<li>Be able to work past the schedule, as production issues may arise</li>
<li>Perform any other duties as supervisor/manager sees fit</li>

JOB QUALIFICATIONS AND PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

<li>Be able to stand on feet up to 10 hours a day</li>
<li>Be able to push/pull linen carts up to 800 lbs (in wheels)</li>
<li>Be able to lift up to 40 lbs</li>
<li>Be able to operate computer/printer</li>
<li>Must be able to consistently meet physical requirements such as bending and twisting</li>
</ul>
