Senior Development Specialist

ACE PROGRAMS FOR THE HOMELESS is looking for a Senior Development Specialist.

Location of Employment: Long Island City, NY

Hours of Work Per Week: Full-time, 40 Hours, 5 Days

Salary: $70,616.00/year

Job Duties:

• Strategize and execute multi-channel fundraising initiatives across individual, corporate, foundation, and public revenue streams, including donor cultivation and stewardship.
• Manage grant applications, budget development, and reporting in collaboration with program and finance teams.
• Lead communication efforts such as newsletters, direct mail, and digital campaigns.
• Oversee donor databases, including Salesforce, and develop marketing collateral while securing PR coverage to ensure alignment with organizational goals and revenue growth strategies.

Minimum Job Requirements:

• Master’s degree in Social Science, Public Management, or a closely related field.
• At least 1 year of work experience as a fundraiser in a nonprofit organization
