Mid-Level Associate

Law: Linklaters LLP seeks Mid-Level Associate, Corp. in NY, NY to directly conduct, as well as supervise research, due diligence, & info. mgmt. JD or foreign equiv & 3 yrs of exp at int'l law firm: working on corp. legal transactions, incorporating documentation & other legal docs rel. to corp. transactional law researching, anlyzg, reviewing & drafting memoranda, contracts & other agreements & legal docs relating to corp. transactions, rel. to priv equity & public M&A. Must be admitted to practice law in NY. Telecommuting &/or work from home may be permissible pursuant to company policies. When not telecommuting, must report to work site. Base salary range offered for this role will be between $260,000 & $365,000/yr, 40 hrs/wk, & represents firm's good faith & reasonable estimate of range of poss compensation at time of posting. Actual compensation will be dependent upon # of factors incl, but not limited to, candidate's relevant exp, performance, qualifications, as well as needs of firm.
