Bachelor's or Master's degree in School Psychology, active School Psychologist license and minimum 1+ years School Psychologist experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
An opportunity for a skilled School Psychologist to support the mental health and educational development of K-12 students is available in Lowville, NY. This contract position spans the current school year (CSY) and offers the chance to work in a dynamic educational environment dedicated to student success.
Key Qualifications:
- Valid certification or licensure as a School Psychologist.
- Experience working with K-12 student populations.
- Proficiency in conducting psychological assessments, evaluations, and providing interventions.

- Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive psychoeducational assessments to identify student needs.
- Develop and implement intervention plans tailored to individual students.
- Provide counseling and support services to help students overcome academic and social-emotional challenges.
- Consult with teachers and staff on behavioral strategies and accommodations.
- Participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings and contribute to special education planning.
- Maintain accurate documentation and reports in compliance with state and federal regulations.
