Automotive Sales Representative

Location: Hempstead, NY
Schedule: Full-Time | 5–6 Day Work Week | Weekend Availability
Compensation: $55,000–$120,000+ per year (inclusive of commission & bonuses)
PAID TRAINING – Previous sales experience a plus!

Position Overview
We’re seeking a motivated Automotive Sales Representative to join our high-performing team. The ideal candidate is driven, customer-focused, and eager to build a rewarding career in automotive sales.
Responsibilities:
- Achieve monthly sales and leasing targets for new and pre-owned vehicles
- Greet and assist customers in selecting vehicles that meet their needs
- Conduct product demonstrations and test drives
- Explain financing options, warranty information, and optional equipment
- Complete all required paperwork accurately and efficiently
- Deliver exceptional customer experiences and maintain strong follow-up for repeat/referral business
- Stay informed about new products, features, and promotions
Qualifications:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Positive, professional, and customer-oriented demeanor
- Previous sales or customer service experience preferred (automotive experience a plus)
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
