We are seeking a diligent operator to join our team. The role involves winding and assembling small transformers, resistors, and capacitive bushings, utilizing hand tools and some power tools. The candidate will handle materials and band assemblies and must be capable of lifting up to 25 pounds.
Responsibilities
- Wind and assemble small transformers, resistors, and capacitive bushings.
- Utilize hand tools and some power tools for assembly tasks.
- Handle materials and band assemblies efficiently.
- Lift and move items weighing up to 25 pounds.
Essential Skills
- Experience in production and assembly.
- Proficiency in using hand tools.
- General production knowledge.
- Ability to perform general labor tasks.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Detail-oriented with a keen eye for precision.
- Prior experience in production or labor is preferred.

Work Environment
Join a small company with approximately 25 people on site. The work schedule is from 7 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday through Thursday, with a half-day on Friday from 8 AM to 12 PM. The role operates within a single shift.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Copake, NY.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $19.00/hr.
