The Atlantic Group has partnered with a large financial services firm in the New York City area. They have an immediate need for a Corporate Paralegal to start working remotely as soon as possible. This position is a full-time contract role with the opportunity to become permanent based on performance.
Position Title: Corporate Paralegal
Location: Remote
Reports To: Senior Paralegal
Job Summary:
The Corporate Paralegal will support the legal team in various corporate governance matters, contract administration, and compliance-related activities. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Qualifications:
-Proven experience (min. 2 yrs) as a paralegal or in a similar role within a corporate legal department.
-Strong verbal and written communication skills.
-Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
-Experience with contract negotiation and administration.
-Knowledge of corporate governance and compliance issues.
-Excellent organizational and time management skills.
-Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
-Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively within a team.
