More specifically, our qualified Spa Coordinator :
Coordinates the spa schedule and ensures proper guest flow
Strives for sales numbers by offering additional guest opportunities, retail recommendations, future reservations, and memberships.
Ensures a positive, consistent guest experience
Works with other leads to ensure the guest experience is met
Upholds company policies and procedures
Supports the Spa Director and other department leads
Is organized and pays attention to all details affecting the guest experience; what they see, hear, taste, feel and smell
