Daily Tasks:
- Engage with sophisticated equipment, making use of computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS) to execute preventive care diligently.
- Champion quality and operational protocols designed to protect and amplify our partners’ brand image.
- Document and communicate safety, quality, and productivity goals through cutting-edge documentation systems.
- Take charge of setting up and operating intricate end line machinery and implementing repairs and adjustments as necessary.
- Nurture growth via the Trivium Production System (TPS), guiding peers in problem resolution and communication.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Complete high school education or possess an equivalent qualification.
- Exhibit a natural aptitude for mechanical functions.
- Basic prowess in using computers and performing mathematical calculations.
- Professional certification in industrial or mechanical disciplines is advantageous.
- Prior exposure to high-volume manufacturing is beneficial.
Earnings:
- Pay starts from $22.00 up to $24.42 per hour.

**The Work Setting:**
