We are seeking a precise and skilled Soldering Technician to join our production team, responsible for assembling and repairing high-quality electronic components. This role requires excellent manual dexterity and a strong commitment to quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform precision hand soldering of surface mount (SMT) and through-hole components onto Printed Circuit Boards (PCBs).
- Read and accurately interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and assembly instructions.
- Conduct visual inspections and quality checks to ensure all solder joints comply with IPC-A-610 standards.
- Execute rework, touch-up, and repair on circuit boards and assemblies as needed.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area and strictly adhere to ESD (Electrostatic Discharge) and safety protocols.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in electronic soldering within a manufacturing environment.
- Strong hand-eye coordination and proven manual dexterity for working with small components under a microscope.
- Ability to read and interpret technical documentation.
- IPC J-STD-001 certification is highly desirable.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
