Job DescriptionAttorney - General Liability, Construction Labor Established (50+ Years) Premier Firm Seeking Attorney for General Liability & NY Construction Labor Law in New York, NYAn established firm based in New York City with over 50 years in practice is seeking an Attorney with 3+ years of experience to join their NYC team. This Attorney will ideally have experience with General Liability and New York Construction Labor Law, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations while representing clients in litigation and advisory matters. Offer:
Salary range: $150,000-$190,000+ contingent on experienceMultiple Bonus Opportunities

The candidate must be admitted to the New York Bar and in good standing.
The candidate must have at least 3+ years of litigation experience with a focus on General Liability and New York Labor Law matters.
The candidate must possess strong legal research, writing, and oral advocacy skills.
The candidate must demonstrate the ability to manage cases independently and work collaboratively with a team. Responsibilities:
The Attorney will handle all aspects of litigation from inception through settlement/trial, including drafting pleadings, motions, and discovery responses.
The Attorney will represent clients in court appearances, depositions, and mediations.
The Attorney will provide strategic legal advice to clients and maintain effective communication throughout the case lifecycle.
The Attorney will ensure compliance with procedural rules and deadlines while maintaining high standards of professionalism.
