Job Title: Echo Tech / Cardiac Sonographer
Location: Syracuse, NY
Duration: 13 Weeks
Schedule: Day Shift – 5x8 Hours (8:00 AM – 4:30 PM)
Pay Rate: $54 – $60 per hour

Job Summary

"Navitas Healthcare, LLC" is seeking an experienced Echo Technician / Cardiac Sonographer to provide high-quality echocardiography services in both hospital and outpatient clinic settings. This role includes performing advanced cardiac imaging procedures while supporting departmental quality initiatives and professional development activities.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive echocardiographic studies, including:

  • 2-D and 3-D echocardiograms

  • Transesophageal Echocardiography (TEE)

  • Exercise and pharmacologic stress echocardiograms

• Assist with procedures within the Heart and Vascular department

• Provide imaging services to both inpatient and outpatient populations

• Ensure accurate documentation and compliance with departmental protocols

• Maintain patient safety and high standards of care

• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and continuing education

Qualifications (Required)

• Experience in cardiac ultrasound

• Registered Diagnostic Cardiac Sonographer (RDCS) through ARDMS or
  Registered Cardiac Sonographer (RCS) through CCI (or registry-eligible)

• Current CPR/BLS certification
