What You’ll Do

As our Installation Coordinator, you’ll be the key link between homeowners, field technicians, and our installation department — ensuring every HVAC and generator project runs smoothly from start to finish.

You will:

• Coordinate all aspects of HVAC and generator installations

• Serve as the main point of contact for customers, setting expectations and providing updates

• Set up and manage installation jobs using ServiceTitan

• Create and process quotes accurately in ServiceTitan

• Schedule installation dates and communicate with the Installation Manager and Permitting Coordinator

• Assist with submitting required applications, permits, and rebates (NYC DOB, Con Edison, etc.)

• Ensure equipment is ordered and ready prior to installation

• Follow up after installations to confirm customer satisfaction and complete 1-year service memberships

What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years of experience in project coordination, scheduling, or customer service (HVAC experience a plus)

• Experience with ServiceTitan or similar CRM/scheduling software preferred

• Excellent communication and multitasking skills

• Detail-oriented with strong follow-through

• A team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment

• Reliable transportation to our Mount Vernon, NY office (or plan to relocate after starting work)
