We are a custom metal fabrication shop serving Long Island. We specialize in custom railings, gates, and egress grating. Our team is built on craftsmanship, precision, and professionalism.

Position Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Welder/Fabricator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in fabricating railings, gates and egress grating/ladders. You MUST be able to read shop drawings. This is a hands-on role in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform MIG and TIG welding on steel, stainless steel, and aluminum

Fabricate custom components from shop drawings and sketches

Measure, cut, grind, and assemble metal parts

Operate standard fabrication equipment.

Assist with field installations, as needed

Maintain a clean and safe workspace.

Requirements:

2+ years of welding/fabrication experience (architectural metals preferred)

Ability to read and interpret shop drawings

Proficiency with power tools and fabrication equipment

Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship

Reliable transportation to our West Hempstead shop

Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset

Preferred Qualifications:

Field installation experience

Valid driver’s license
