Production Associate – Hands-On Work, Great Hours, Strong Team
Location: Farmington, NY
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM
Pay: $18/hour benefits (401k, medical, dental, vision)
Job Overview
We’re looking for a reliable, hard-working Production Associate to join our growing team! In this role, you’ll help build wood trusses and panels used in construction projects across the region. If you enjoy working with your hands, using tools, and being part of a supportive crew, this is the job for you.
Job Responsibilities
- Assemble wood trusses and panels using hand and power tools
- Pick, stage, and cut lumber based on digital instructions (no blueprints!)
- Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized workspace
- Collaborate with a team of 8–10 crew members in a shop/yard environment
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in general labor, construction, or warehouse work
- Comfortable using tools like drills, saws, hammers, nail guns, and tape measures
- Strong attention to detail and a team-first attitude
- Ability to work on your feet and lift materials as needed

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr.
