Job DescriptionAdecco is assisting a local client in Keeseville, NY with hiring a Production Technician Associate. This is a full-time opportunity on a steady afternoon shift. If you have previous manufacturing or production experience and enjoy hands-on work, this could be the perfect fit for you!
The Production Technician Associate will report directly to the Production Supervisor and is responsible for performing a variety of tasks to support production operations and ensure smooth equipment functionality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor equipment performance and make necessary setup adjustments, calibrations, and alignments
- Track and log production equipment data and performance metrics
- Identify and report inconsistencies, and follow standard repair procedures as needed
- Maintain compliance with all safety guidelines and operational procedures
- Assist with other duties as assigned to support the production team
Skills and Experience:
- Prior experience in a production or manufacturing environment preferred
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Comfortable following a production report and working with minimal supervision
- Strong attention to detail and a proactive attitude toward safety and efficiency

Pay Details: $18.50 per hour
