We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Permanent Personal Injury Attorney to join our dynamic legal team. This role offers an exceptional opportunity to work on a diverse range of personal injury cases, providing legal advice and representation to clients who have suffered physical or psychological injury as a result of negligence or wrongdoing by another party. The ideal candidate will be a seasoned litigator with a solid track record in personal injury law, demonstrating a deep understanding of legal procedures, court proceedings, and negotiation tactics. This role is perfect for a driven and empathetic individual who is passionate about advocating for clients and helping them secure the compensation they deserve.
Responsibilities:
- Provide expert legal support and advice to clients who have suffered personal injuries.
- Handle case intake, client interviews, and initial investigations.
- Develop and implement effective litigation strategies tailored to each case.
- Prepare and draft legal documents, including pleadings, discovery requests and responses, motions, and briefs.
- Conduct negotiations with opposing parties to reach settlements or prepare for trial when necessary.
- Represent clients in court, presenting evidence, and making compelling arguments.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in personal injury law and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Maintain high standards of professional conduct and ethics while representing clients.
- Collaborate with team members and other legal professionals to ensure a comprehensive legal service.
Qualifications:
- Juris Doctorate degree from an accredited law school.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in personal injury litigation.
- Active member in good standing with the State Bar.
- Proven track record of success in personal injury cases, including trials.
- Excellent negotiation skills and the ability to resolve disputes effectively.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to handle complex legal issues.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients, court personnel, and other attorneys.
- High degree of professional ethics, integrity, and gravitas.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in legal research tools and software.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously.
