Job Summary
We are expanding our behavioral health services and seeking a Full-Time Hybrid Child Psychologist to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience supporting children and adolescents, coordinating with families, and working within a multidisciplinary care model.
This role offers a hybrid schedule with only 1 day per week onsite in the Bronx and the remainder via telehealth.
Responsibilities
- Conduct psychological evaluations, diagnoses, and treatment planning for children and adolescents
- Provide individual and family therapy
- Collaborate with pediatricians, psychiatrists, school staff, and social workers
- Participate in care team meetings and case reviews
- Maintain accurate documentation in EMR
- Educate families on mental health topics, strategies, and interventions
- Support growth and expansion of behavioral health programs
Qualifications
- Doctorate in Psychology (PhD or PsyD) from an accredited program
- Active New York State Licensed Psychologist
- Minimum 3 years of clinical experience working with children/adolescents
- Experience serving diverse communities; culturally competent care
- Strong clinical assessment, communication, and documentation skills
- Comfortable working in a hybrid model (1 day onsite + telehealth)
