LPN (Licensed Practical Nurse)
Join our outstanding team of professionals! We are looking for an LPN to work closely with our Dr's, NP's & PA's in our primary Care medical office.

Responsibilities:
- Administer injections, medications, nebulizers, EKG's, finger stick glucose, INR, A1c, pulmonary function testing etc.
- Telephone Triage, problem-solving, work closely with providers on the best solution for patient issues.
- Responding to office emergencies
- Provide patient and family education on disease states, equipment use, and medication use.
- Collect samples for lab testing, including throat, wound, and urine cultures.
Qualifications:
- Successful completion of the LPN license program is a must
- NYS LPN license
- Proven experience in medical office
- Ability to undertake a variety of diverse care tasks and work in a multidisciplinary team
- Familiarity with OSHA, HIPAA, and medical terminology
- Good physical condition and stamina
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Flexible, compassionate and able to handle stress
Pay:
- $28-$30 /hr, depending on experience
- Full benefit package
