Job DescriptionCNC Machine Operator – 3rd Shift
📍Clayville, NY| 💵$20–$22/hour
🕙Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM

Key Responsibilities:
- Operate CNC machines to produce precision parts per print specifications
- Run pre-written programs and perform basic machining operations
- Conduct monthly/annual OSHA-compliant hoist and crane inspections
- Perform safety checks and follow all Environmental Health & Safety guidelines
- Maintain accurate documentation using a tablet-based system
- Assist with quoting and ordering parts by managing equipment data
- Collaborate with engineers and customers to identify and complete repairs
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 6+ months of CNC or machine operation experience
- Proficiency in blueprint reading and use of precision measuring tools (calipers, micrometers)
- Basic knowledge of machine shop practices and shop math
- Ability to lift 25+ lbs and perform physical tasks (bending, standing, squatting, etc.)
- Willingness to travel and stay overnight occasionally
Work Environment:
- Fast-paced, hands-on production setting
- Emphasis on continuous training and safety
- Physical activity required for most of the shift

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.00/hr.
