Were building in Midtown Manhattanone of the most complex and high-profile construction environments in the country. We need a Superintendent who can lead on-site operations from planning to delivery, ensuring every detail meets design, budget, and schedule.
Youll be the one pulling all the moving parts togethercrew scheduling, subcontractor coordination, site safety, compliance with contracts, and making sure every beam, pile, and slab is exactly where it needs to be.
Do you have this?
At least 20 years in the field, with 10+ years as a Superintendent on projects worth $200M+
Experience in new building or structure constructionpiles, concrete, structural steel, the works
A deep understanding of U.S. construction methods, techniques, and standards
The ability to work effectively with City, State, and Federal clients (bonus points if youve done it in NYC)
Strong contract management skills and familiarity with local trade unions
Comfort with tools like MS Word/Excel, Bluebeam, HCSS HeavyBid
OSHA and First Aid certifications
Excellent communication skillsyou can lead crews, collaborate with owners, and keep everyone aligned
