<li>Ability to read plans and specifications</li>
<li>Organizational / teamwork skills</li>
<li>Background / drug testing required</li>
<li>Dependable transportation (Van or Truck preferable)</li>
<li>Clean driver's license</li>
<li>References</li>
<li>15 years experience (preferably in health care / pharmaceutical construction)</li>
<li>Salary according to ability&nbsp;</li>
