You're Invited: Open Call for Luxury Concierge / Front Desk at WSA

Join us for an open call to meet our team and explore an exciting opportunity to become a WSA Concierge—the face and heart of our vibrant hospitality-forward workspace in the Financial District.

We are seeking polished, proactive, and hospitality-driven professionals with a background in luxury hotels, spas, private galleries, or studio environments. This is not a security role. We’re looking for individuals who elevate the guest experience through thoughtful service, emotional intelligence, and a white-glove approach.

???? Tuesday, June 10th & Thursday, June 12th
???? 1:00 PM – 3:00 PM (Drop in anytime during the window)
???? WSA Building – 161 Water Street, NYC
???? 16th Floor – Associates Café
???? Bring: A printed copy of your resume

About the Role:

As a WSA Concierge, you will help shape an exceptional day-to-day experience for our tenants and guests by:

  • Delivering world-class service with discretion, professionalism, and warmth

  • Supporting front desk operations, tenant inquiries, amenity access, and event logistics

  • Liaising with fitness, culinary, and conference partners to ensure seamless collaboration

  • Managing guest requests, amenity bookings, IT support coordination, mail delivery, and general front-of-house excellence

  • Representing the brand with poise and enthusiasm, always going above and beyond expectations

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years in luxury hospitality (spa, hotel, gallery, or private club preferred)

  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills

  • Experience with front desk software, scheduling tools, and multitasking in fast-paced settings

  • Proven ability to handle sensitive information with discretion

  • A genuine passion for service and community-building

  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed

Position Details:

  • Job Type: Full-Time

  • Schedule: 8–10 hour shifts / Monday–Friday & weekends as needed

  • Compensation: $25.00–$30.00/hour
