The ideal candidate will be skilled at identifying and pre-qualifying clients for residential and commercial rental properties and will be well-versed in local, state, and federal Fair Housing regulations. A flair for marketing properties across social media platforms and real estate websites is a strong plus.

Compensation:
$125,000+ yearly commission at plan earnings
Responsibilities:
- Verify all rental applications and personal references are true and accurate
- Advertise available properties using a variety of media and promotional materials to help secure quick rentals of all properties
- Work with tenants by negotiating leases and collecting security deposits in order to close the deal
- Complete property inspections and any required maintenance in accordance with our standards
~ Conduct property showings for potential tenants and provide detailed information about available rental units.
~ Negotiate lease terms and contracts with prospective tenants in alignment with company policies and legal requirements
~ Coordinate move-in and move-out processes, including conducting property inspections and handling security deposit refunds
~ Utilize marketing strategies to attract new tenants and maintain high occupancy rates for rental properties
~ Stay updated on local rental market trends and competitor activities to recommend competitive rental prices and identify growth opportunities
Qualifications:
- Good knowledge of leasing rules and regulations
- A proven record of sales experience and success
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Willingness to learn new tools, systems, and technologies

~ Ability to use computer programs such as Microsoft Office, Excel, and Publisher
~ Working knowledge of real estate law and leasing practices
~ Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
~ To qualify, you must agree to a commission-only compensation package
~ Obtain An Active NY Real Estate License
~ Demonstrated leasing experience
~ Authorization to work in the US
~ Proficiency in marketing and lead generation
