Position Responsibilities:
Develop and implement lesson plans by curriculum standards
Create a positive and respectful classroom culture that promotes learning
Assess student progress and provide feedback to students and parents
Adapt teaching methods to meet diverse learning needs
Maintain classroom discipline and manage student behavior effectively
Collaborate with other teachers, staff, and parents to support student success
Participate in school meetings, professional development, and events
Maintain accurate student records and documentation
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Education or related field (required)
Valid teaching certification/license (as applicable)
Prior teaching experience preferred
Strong communication and classroom management skills
