What You'll Do

• Execute precise maintenance on critical voltage systems within 120/208/240/480 standards.
• Facilitate thorough machine safety inspections aligning with industry standards.
• Troubleshoot and refine operations of VFD components and PLC units.
• Sustain servo motor functionalities to guarantee efficiency.
• Engage with various machine technologies, powered by Fanuc, Allen Bradley, Siemens.
• Collaborate with a dedicated team to significantly enhance machine reliability.
• Document all maintenance actions and ensure detailed inspection logs are maintained.
• Participate actively in continuous improvement action plans.

Skills and Expertise

• A robust foundation of experience in electrical maintenance or related functions.
• Extensive grasp over electrical systems, inclusive of various voltage standards.
• Experience in conducting and upholding safety measures for machinery.
• Advanced knowledge of VFDs and PLCs.
• Direct experience with servo motors and related integrations.
• Proficiency in using and troubleshooting with Fanuc, Allen Bradley, Siemens equipment.
• Sharp analytical thought process and problem resolution abilities.
• Efficient collaboration and exceptional interpersonal communication skills.
• Holding valid certifications in electrical maintenance will be beneficial.
