Key Responsibilities:

Full-Cycle Repair: Perform body repairs from initial teardown through pre-paint prep.

Damage Analysis: Utilize blueprinting techniques to identify hidden damage and ensure complete supplements.

Precision Work: Execute structural and non-structural repairs, metal work, panel replacement, and plastic repair.

OEM Compliance: Review and follow OEM repair procedures to ensure every vehicle meets safety standards.

Collaboration: Partner with estimators and parts teams to maintain a smooth repair flow.
What We Are Looking For:

Proven Experience: Extensive background in collision repair and automotive bodywork.

Technical Proficiency: Ability to handle complex structural repairs and metal manipulation.

Certification (Plus): I-CAR or ASE certifications are a strong plus, as is Combo Tech experience.
