Now Hiring: Pediatric Speech Therapist – Early Intervention (New York)
Salary Range: $90,000 – $110,000 per year
Location: Queens, New York
Job Type: Full-Time
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM

About the Role:
We are looking for a skilled and empathetic Speech Therapist to provide speech and language therapy services for children ages 0–3 in our pediatric early intervention program. You'll play a vital role in early developmental success through evaluation, treatment planning, and family-centered support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct developmental evaluations and speech-language assessments
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on IFSP goals
- Provide one-on-one and group therapy to children with speech, language, and feeding challenges
- Educate and coach families to support communication development at home
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation
Requirements
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Current New York State SLP license
- Early Intervention experience preferred (not required)
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) a plus
- Passion for working with young children and their families
