Job DescriptionConstruction Management company seeking candidate for estimating / coordinating position. Must have at least 3 years of construction administrative experience and full plan reading knowledge.
Responsibilities include;
Sending plans out for bids
Leveling of trade pricing
Client Budgets and Proposals
Subcontractor Contracts
Project team hand offs
Candidate must be well versed with construction based software, organizational skills and the ability to multi task.
