Responsibilities:
- Communicate professionally with parents, partnering with them to provide the best care and education for their children.
- Work with your team on engaging the Kiddie Academy curriculum, which ensures developmentally appropriate, individualized activities that reflect the joy of discovery.
- Engage with and enrich children using positive language, loving care, and interactive play.
- Closely supervise children and adhere to robust health and safety protocols.
- Maintain developmental profiles for children.
- Participate collaboratively and professionally with other teachers and staff to promote the school's general well-being and the children's and families' collective interest.
- Clean the room after lessons are over
- Create lesson plans with co-teacher.
Qualifications
- CDA or Associate Degree required (Early Education or related field preferred)
- 6 months of experience working with infants/toddlers
- Nurturing and patient teacher who has a love for infants/toddlers and how they learn
- Ability to change diapers
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Understanding of child development.
- Exhibits the basic core values of caring, honesty, respect, and responsibility

Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
