FLOOR MANAGER, NEW YORK
GLOBAL LUXURY BRAND
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in overseeing daily floor operations, ensuring the boutique runs seamlessly and to the highest luxury standards.
- Motivate and support the sales team, leading by example and nurturing a culture of excellence and accountability.
- Drive key performance indicators (KPIs), client development strategies, and uphold impeccable visual and operational standards.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years’ experience as Supervisor/ Floor Manager/ Concession Manager role within a luxury or premium brand.
- Proven ability to engage high-value clients, deliver elevated service, and support team coaching and performance.
- Strong understanding of boutique operations, including CRM, stock control, and back-of-house coordination.
Offering:
- $75,000 to $80,000 per annum depending on experience ($36 -$38 per hour)
