We are growing and looking for skilled HVAC service tech to join our team. The right person will have strong experience with geothermal systems, VRF/VRV systems and building automation controls. You'll be responsible for diagnosing, servicing & maintaining a variety of advanced HVAC systems including:

• Geothermal heat pumps (open and closed loop)
• VRF/VRV systems from top manufacturers (Mitsubishi, Daikin, Samsung, etc)
• Building automation and controls such as Niagara 4, Honeywell Optimizer, BACnet/IP systems and 0-10V control logic

This hands on position for someone who knows how to get systems running efficiently, troubleshoot issues independently and provide professional service to clients in both residential and commercial settings

What we are looking for:

• Minimum of 5 years of HVAC service experience, including fieldwork w/Geothermal and/or VRF systems
• Familiarity with diagnosing and servicing control systems (Niagara, Honeywell, etc)
• Strong understanding or refrigeration cycles, heat transfer, electrical systems, and control wiring
• EPA Certification (Type II or Universal)
• Clean and valid drivers license
• Dependable, self-motivated and able to communicate clearly with clients and co-workers

Bonus points for:

• Niagara 4 certification or Honeywell controller experience
• VRF Factory training/certifications
• NATE certification
• Experience with hydronic systems, modulating boilers, or BACnet integration
