Business looking for experienced Home Health Aids / Nurses to give product feedback and insights into daily workflows & systems. Based in NYC but remote works too, just looking to have as many quality conversations as possible.

Paid Opportunity for NYC-Based HHA Nurses & Caregivers to try a new Voice Transcription App. We’re looking for Home Health Aides (HHAs), Personal Care Aides (PCAs), and Nurses with field experience in home-based care to help us test a new voice-based documentation tool designed to improve daily workflow. Before we roll it out to agencies, we want real-world input from caregivers like you.

Here’s what you’ll do:
•Have 1 or more multi-hour Q&A sessions with our team to ask you questions about your daily work processes and method for filling out OASIS forms and visit notes
•Try our voice tool and conduct a mock OASIS-E interview with us
•Share your honest feedback with our product team about what worked, what didn’t, and how it could better support your workflow.

Compensation:
• $50/hour

Location: New York City Metropolitan Area or Remote

Requirements:
•Must currently or recently work as an HHA, PCA, LPN, or RN in home care (NYC location is ideal but not required, remote is perfectly viable)
•Highly familiar with OASIS or e-OASIS documentation and major HHA EMR platforms like WellSky and Homecare Homebase
•We can be flexible and schedule calls whenever they fit in your schedule
