We are currently seeking a seasoned Insurance Defense Attorney with a proven track record in managing complex litigation matters. The ideal candidate will possess strong courtroom and deposition experience, be adept at case analysis, and be comfortable independently handling a caseload from inception through trial or resolution.
Qualifications:
- Education: Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
- Licensure: Admission to the New York State Bar. . . New Jersey would be a plus
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of civil litigation experience, with a strong preference for insurance defense.
- Bonus Experience: general liability matters inclusive of slip and fall, premises liability, labor law, and construction defect.
- Bonus Experience: 1st or 2nd chair trial experience
