Paul Davis Restoration of the Capital District, NY is a growing insurance restoration company focused on Residential Water, Mold and Fire Damage. If you are looking for a stable work environment with a high achieving staff for a long term career we are the right place for you.

We are seeking a Cleaning Technician willing to learn a new business and grow with us as we promote from within. This is a full time year round job - 40hrs/week+OT and quarterly bonus

Tasks that you will be trained to complete while working under a crew leader:

• Clean Drywall, Flooring, and Small Structures
• Clean personal property - furniture, etc.
• Extraction of Water from water damaged homes and businesses
• Setting up specialized drying equipment
• Cleaning of Fire burned structures
• Mold Remediation after company provided NYS training

Ability to work off-hours shifts as needed to complete job responsibilities.
Able to work around a variety of chemicals without any adverse reaction or sensitivity.
Follows established safety practices including the proper use of PPE when required.

This is a 40hr/week position with working hours from 7:30AM - 4:00PM. On-Call shifts provide additional income potential/bonus.

Must have a valid NYS driver's license

All training is provided, need a positive attitude and desire to learn new skills

Job Type: Full-time

• Pay $20-24/hr depending on experience (Premium Pay for Overtime and Weekends)
